What we collect

• Name, delivery address, PIN code, phone number and email address, to fulfil the order.
• The UPI transaction reference for prepaid orders. No card number, CVV or PIN reaches this business.
• Messages you send us, kept while a query or return is open.
• Server logs and the essential cookies the cart and checkout need. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

We share only with service providers needed to operate the store, deliver orders, process payments and provide hosting, or where required by law. Your name, address and phone number go to the courier because delivery is otherwise impossible. We do not sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as reasonably necessary and as required by law; general correspondence is kept while it remains relevant. Ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep and we will do so.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask for erasure where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We acknowledge a grievance within 1 business day and work to resolve it within the period required by the applicable rules.
